PT Krama Yudha Three Diamonds (KTB) finally opening up to the planned arrival of the latest SUV from Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 7 Seater namely in Indonesia.
In detikOto received invitations on Tuesday (05/19/2009), KTB plans to invite national journalists to feel the sensation of driving a new car in the area of Cikampek on May 26, 2009. Moment test drive is also likely to be utilized by KTB to show the toughness of the first variant was present in this neighbor country Malaysia.
KTB itself previously been reported already applied for permission to import 2,400 units Pajero Sport which consists of 360 units of Pajero Sport 4x4, and 2040 units of Pajero Sport 4x2. KTB previously tested Pajero Sport in January 2009.
Import permit is intended to carry and sell the Pajero Sport in Indonesia. The variant that will be taken later is reliable engined variant with a capacity of 2,500 cc turbodiesel. Though the SUV is actually has 2 other engine options ie 3200 cc 3500 cc V6 turbodiesel and petrol. In the neighbor country Malaysia, this tough SUV released to the market at a price of RM 170,000 or approximately USD 530 million. But it seems that price will rise dramatically, especially as we all know the tax to enter a car is very big. For Pajero Sport 5 seater that is currently circulating in the market the price has reached more than Rp 1 billion.
